The roughly 5,000 square foot residence was purchased on Wednesday, Dec. 28 according to Palm Beach County property records, Boston.com reported. Kraft, a Massachusetts native and Bostonian fixture, purchased unit 4B in the Leverett House's East building, which is located at 110 Sunset Avenue.

The condo offers expansive ocean views from every room, according to the property listing. Designed by the highly regarded architect Maya Lin, the condo has four bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms.

The "boutique condo" has extra-high ceilings and has been renovated in a style suitable for the "discerning art collector," the property listing promises.

The condo was previously owned by oil and gas executive Erving Wolf and his wife, who purchased the unit for $6 million in 2000, said Boston.com.

Kraft seems to have gotten a bit of a bargain, as the condo's original listing price was $26.5 million, according to Boston.com. Even with the lesser amount paid by Kraft, it is still the most expensive listing in the history of Palm Beach.
